These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the BusArk website and platform at busark.co.uk.

By accessing or using BusArk, you agree to these Terms. Certain features, promotions, games or services may also be subject to additional rules or terms which will apply alongside these Terms.

1. About BusArk

BusArk is an online participation and entertainment platform operated by BusArk Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16536636.

Registered Office: 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

BusArk provides free-to-access features including interactive game participation, charity-related participation, community features, leaderboards, digital rewards, prize opportunities and other promotional or entertainment features that may be introduced from time to time.

2. Eligibility

BusArk is intended for residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 years or over.

By using features that require eligibility, registration or participation, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet any applicable eligibility requirements.

3. Using the BusArk Platform

You may use BusArk only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any rules displayed in connection with a particular feature.

You must not attempt to interfere with the operation, security, integrity or fairness of the platform.

This includes attempting to manipulate spins, tickets, referrals, shares, leaderboards, rewards, prize entries, charity participation or other BusArk features through fraudulent activity, automated systems, multiple identities, technical manipulation or other forms of abuse.

BusArk may restrict, suspend or remove access to particular features or accounts where we reasonably believe that these Terms, applicable rules or platform safeguards have been breached.

4. Accounts and Registration

Some BusArk features may be available without registration, while others may require a BusArk account.

Where you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information and for taking reasonable steps to keep your account and login credentials secure.

You must not knowingly allow another person to use your account in a way that circumvents eligibility, participation limits or other platform controls.

5. Spin the Wheel and Game Participation

BusArk operates a free-to-play Spin the Wheel feature. No purchase or payment is necessary to participate.

Spin the Wheel participation, tickets, prizes, special award entries, availability, fair-play requirements and related conditions are governed by the separate Spin the Wheel Terms & Conditions and the Game Rules.

6. Charity Participation

BusArk allows eligible participants to select or support charities through certain platform activities. Participation may contribute towards charity rankings, leaderboards or other BusArk charity-related features.

Charity rankings and user activity do not themselves constitute a donation by the user. Where BusArk makes charitable contributions connected with platform activity, those contributions are made by BusArk in accordance with the applicable BusArk campaign, promotion or published rules.

The appearance of a charity on BusArk does not, by itself, imply sponsorship, partnership, endorsement or affiliation between that charity and BusArk unless such a relationship is expressly stated.

BusArk may add, remove or update charities or charity-related features where reasonably necessary for the operation of the platform.

7. Prizes, Rewards and Digital Content

BusArk may make prizes, rewards, digital content, special award entries or other promotional benefits available through the platform.

Availability and eligibility may vary. Additional terms, claim requirements, expiry periods or limits may apply and will be displayed or otherwise made available where relevant.

Nothing displayed on the platform guarantees that a particular prize or reward will remain available indefinitely.

8. Sharing and Referrals

BusArk may provide sharing or referral features that allow participants to invite others or receive additional platform benefits.

These features must be used genuinely and must not be manipulated using automated activity, false accounts, misleading messages, repeated self-referrals or other methods designed to circumvent participation limits.

9. Leaderboards and Public Information

BusArk may display user and charity leaderboards based on participation or other published criteria.

Where user information is displayed publicly, BusArk may use a shortened or limited form of a participant's profile information rather than displaying full personal contact details.

10. Advertising and Third-Party Services

BusArk may display advertising or use third-party services to help operate, measure, secure and support the platform.

Advertising displayed on BusArk does not necessarily mean that BusArk endorses the advertiser, product or service.

Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. BusArk is not responsible for the content or operation of third-party websites that you choose to visit.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the BusArk name, branding, platform design, original written content, graphics, software and other BusArk-created materials are owned by or licensed to BusArk Limited.

You may use the platform for your own lawful personal use, but you must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit or misrepresent BusArk-owned material without permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party names, logos, trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Platform Availability

We aim to keep BusArk available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, security measures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

BusArk may modify, replace, suspend or discontinue platform features where reasonably necessary.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the extent permitted by law, BusArk is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, failures of third-party networks or services, or misuse of the platform contrary to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that you may have as a consumer.

14. Privacy and Cookies

Personal information collected through BusArk is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy also explains how cookies, advertising, analytics and related technologies may be used on the platform.

15. Changes to These Terms

BusArk may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, applicable rules, technology or legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on this page together with the date on which it was last updated.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent a consumer from exercising any rights regarding jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded.
