Rewards Overview

BusArk has been designed to make supporting UK charities both rewarding and engaging. Every eligible daily spin gives participants the opportunity to discover a variety of rewards while helping their chosen charity climb the monthly leaderboard.

Participation is always free. There are no entry fees, subscriptions or purchases required to take part. Rewards are provided as a way of recognising community participation and encouraging people to return each day to continue supporting causes they care about.

While not every spin will result in a reward, every eligible spin contributes towards your chosen charity's monthly progress, meaning every visit helps build community momentum.

Rewards can include digital content, promotional rewards and Special Rewards. Certain Special Rewards can also provide eligible entries into the BusArk Monthly Vault and, where available, additional Bonus Draws.

How Rewards Support Charities

Rewards are more than simply a thank you for taking part—they are designed to encourage regular participation that helps support UK charities. By giving people a reason to return each day, BusArk creates ongoing community engagement that helps participating charities gain greater visibility through the live monthly leaderboard.

Every eligible daily spin contributes towards your chosen charity's activity for the month. As more people return to participate, charities benefit from increased community momentum, stronger supporter engagement and greater awareness across the BusArk platform.

Unlike traditional fundraising platforms, BusArk does not ask participants to donate money in order to make a difference. Instead, charitable contributions are funded directly by BusArk, allowing everyone to support charities through free participation.

Some Special Reward opportunities can also unlock Charity Bonus Points. Where a winning entry includes a direct charity contribution, the participant chooses an eligible charity and BusArk makes the corresponding contribution directly to that charity.

Our aim is to create a sustainable model where participants, charities and commercial partners all benefit. Rewards encourage continued engagement, engagement helps charities build community support, and BusArk uses its own commercial revenue to fund charitable contributions.

Digital Rewards

Many rewards available through BusArk are delivered digitally, allowing them to be claimed quickly and enjoyed immediately. Digital rewards help us provide a wide variety of experiences while keeping participation completely free.

Depending on availability, rewards may include digital artwork, downloadable content, entertainment, promotional offers and other community experiences. New rewards may be introduced over time as the platform grows and new reward opportunities become available.

Reward availability may vary throughout the year as existing rewards are claimed and new opportunities become available.

Special Rewards

Some eligible spins may unlock a Special Reward. Special Rewards provide additional opportunities beyond BusArk's standard digital rewards and may include entry into the BusArk Monthly Vault.

Each eligible Special Reward entry represents a separate chance in its assigned Monthly Vault. If you have more than one eligible entry during the month, each eligible entry can participate separately.

Having more entries gives you more chances to be selected but does not guarantee a winning result. Because entries are considered individually, it is possible for more than one entry belonging to the same participant to be selected.

Special Rewards may also become eligible for additional Bonus Draws made available by BusArk from time to time.

Where additional verification is required, participants may be asked to confirm their details before a reward can be processed. This helps protect legitimate participants and maintain the integrity of the platform.

BusArk Monthly Vault

The Monthly Vault is BusArk's regular monthly opportunity for eligible Special Reward entries. Eligible entries collected during a month are assigned to that month's Vault.

The Vault is completed after the relevant calendar month has ended. Once your result is available, you can visit the Special Awards area of your Player Hub and open the completed Vault to discover whether any of your entries were selected.

Monthly Vault Charity Awards

The standard Monthly Vault includes five winning entry positions. The current Charity Bonus Point awards and corresponding direct charity contributions are:

🥇 1st winning entry: 20,000 Charity Bonus Points — £20 direct charity contribution.

🥈 2nd winning entry: 15,000 Charity Bonus Points — £15 direct charity contribution.

🥉 3rd winning entry: 10,000 Charity Bonus Points — £10 direct charity contribution.

🏆 4th winning entry: 5,000 Charity Bonus Points — £5 direct charity contribution.

🏆 5th winning entry: 5,000 Charity Bonus Points — £5 direct charity contribution.

If You Have More Than One Winning Entry

Each Monthly Vault entry is treated separately. This means that if you have several eligible entries, more than one of your entries may be selected in the same Monthly Vault.

Each winning entry retains its own Charity Bonus Point award and corresponding charity contribution. You will be able to make the required charity selection for each winning entry through your Player Hub.

Choosing a Charity

Charity Bonus Points awarded through the Monthly Vault are not cash prizes payable to the participant. They represent a direct charitable contribution funded by BusArk.

If your entry is selected, you will be invited to choose an eligible verified charity through your Player Hub. Once you confirm your selection, BusArk will arrange for the corresponding contribution to be made directly to that charity.

A confirmed charity contribution cannot be withdrawn as cash by the player or exchanged for a personal monetary reward.

After the Monthly Vault

Once an eligible entry has participated in its assigned Monthly Vault, that entry has completed its Monthly Vault lifecycle. It cannot be reused as an entry in a future Monthly Vault.

Historical draw and contribution information may be retained by BusArk for administration, verification, auditing and fair-play purposes.

Bonus Draws

BusArk may make additional Bonus Draws available from time to time. These can provide eligible participants with extra opportunities to unlock Charity Bonus Points and direct charity contributions outside the normal Monthly Vault.

When an eligible Bonus Draw is open, it will appear in the Special Awards area of your Player Hub. Participation in a Bonus Draw is optional. You choose whether to enter while the draw is available for entry.

Your Monthly Vault Entry Remains Active

Entering an eligible Special Reward entry into a Bonus Draw does not remove or use up that entry's normal Monthly Vault opportunity.

This means an eligible Special Reward entry can participate in an available Bonus Draw while remaining active for its assigned Monthly Vault.

Revealing a Bonus Draw Result

After a Bonus Draw has been completed, participating players can return to the Special Awards area of their Player Hub and open the completed draw.

Each participating ticket can then be revealed individually so you can discover its result.

If a ticket is not selected in the Bonus Draw, its normal Monthly Vault entry remains active, subject to the normal Monthly Vault rules.

If a ticket is selected, the winning result will show the Charity Bonus Points and direct charity contribution attached to that award. You can then choose an eligible charity to receive the contribution.

Bonus Draw Awards

Bonus Draw awards may vary between promotions. The relevant award or contribution will be displayed as part of the Bonus Draw and its completed result.

Entry into a Bonus Draw does not guarantee selection. Winning entries are selected from eligible participating entries according to the applicable draw process.

Claiming Rewards

When an eligible reward is won, clear instructions are provided explaining how to claim or access it. Some digital rewards can be accessed immediately, while others may require simple verification before being released.

Monthly Vault and Bonus Draw results are made available through the Special Awards area of the Player Hub. Where a winning result includes a direct charity contribution, the participant must complete the charity selection process shown with that winning entry.

Certain rewards, results or charity selections may need to be completed within a published claim period. Where a claim period applies, participants should complete the required action before that period expires.

Participants are encouraged to check their Player Hub regularly and keep their account information up to date so that reward information and any required verification can be completed promptly.

Once a charity selection has been confirmed for a winning contribution, it should be treated as final. Participants should therefore check the charity carefully before confirming their selection.

Verification & Fair Play

BusArk is committed to maintaining a fair environment for every participant. Some rewards may require identity, account or eligibility checks before they can be confirmed.

Verification helps prevent duplicate claims, protects legitimate users and ensures rewards are distributed according to the platform's published rules. These measures are designed to protect both participants and BusArk.

Monthly Vault and Bonus Draw winning entries are selected from the eligible entries participating in the relevant draw. Having multiple eligible entries may provide multiple chances of selection but does not guarantee a winning result.

A participant may have more than one winning entry where more than one of their eligible entries is independently selected.

Participants must not attempt to duplicate, manipulate, transfer or otherwise misuse Special Reward entries, Monthly Vault entries, Bonus Draw entries or reward claims.

Our systems continually monitor for unusual activity to help maintain fairness across the platform while protecting user privacy. Where necessary, BusArk may review eligibility before a reward or charity contribution is confirmed.

Future Rewards

As BusArk grows, we plan to introduce an even wider variety of rewards, community experiences and partnerships that provide additional value for our participants while continuing to support UK charities.

Future rewards may include exclusive partner offers, seasonal campaigns, community challenges, Bonus Draws and new digital experiences that encourage continued participation.

Individual Bonus Draws, promotions and future reward opportunities may have additional eligibility conditions or promotional rules. Where applicable, these will be communicated as part of the relevant opportunity.

Our goal is to ensure that the platform continues to evolve while remaining free, fair and accessible to everyone.

What happens if my Bonus Draw ticket does not win?
